As Managing Director of Exemplar Capital, Tyler manages and oversees all client engagements focused on Sell-Side M&A, LBO / MBO and Exemplar Merchant Banking transactions. He co-created the “120 Day M&A” transaction process, which allows Exemplar clients to achive both optimal valuation and liquidity in the shortest executable time-frame. Tyler and his team typically execute an engagement-to-closing process three times faster than most competitors.
Prior to joining Exemplar Capital, Tyler was an award winning M&A investment banker with LockeBridge Investment Banking. He successfully completed 90% of his client engagements, highlighted by his leading the 2008 M&A Advisor Consumer Services Deal of the Year. Tyler perfected his M&A book writing and modeling skills, as well as his team-development and supervisory responsibilities while at Lockebridge.
After having graduated from Harvard University in 1998, Tyler began his career as a strategy consultant at Accenture (Andersen Consulting). He performed crucial analysis and project management roles for an impressive list of Fortune 1000 and dot com clients; in the process perfecting his operational optimization and client presentation skills.
Tyler currently holds his FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
