President & Chief Operating Officer

Steve was a senior operations executive at State Street Corporation where he directed and controlled all operational components of business payment operations.  He had responsibility for all of U.S. Payment and cash management support operations at three regional facilities   (including Boston and New York).  As a senior vice president and division head he had a staff of over 300 people.  The supporting infrastructure included responsibility for 23 systems, Human Capital, budgets, payrolls, projects, call center operations, business continuity, customer service, facilities, vendors, outsourcing, compensation, including yearly bonus and stock options awards and much more.  Steve served as a senior member of the New York Federal Reserve Payments System Risk committee which addressed critical issues facing large Global banks. 

Steve also partnered in a startup financial services company serving as Vice Chairman and principal operations executive.  He joined Exemplar in 2006.  He has four grown children and grandfather to five grandkids. He stays active in the community where he is a member of the Sons of Italy and the Greater Boston Bankers Association.
