Specializing in entertainment, Ron brings a wealth of legal knowledge, industry experience and business expertise to the Exemplar team.  In his distinguished career, Ron has served as General Counsel to Pacific Coast Medical Enterprises where he applied his legal and business savvy on a wide range of issues including intellectual property and copyright protection for emerging technologies.  Previously, Ron worked with high-profile companies such as Warner Bros., Playboy Entertainment Group and Kushner-Locke Productions, as well as serving as General Counsel to Embassy Pictures.

Ron’s extensive work for production companies has given him a unique perspective and extensive experience in dealing with the Motion Picture Association of America and CARA, as well as the Guilds.  Ron also has practiced in New York, primarily in the areas of labor law and as an author on labor law for the New York Law Journal.

Ron serves on the Board of Directors for high growth companies including a prominent biotech firm.

Ron is a graduate of Swathmore College and earned his J.D. Degree from University of Wisconsin.
