As Investment Banking Analyst with Exemplar Capital, Matt Moreno provides industry and company research and analytical support on a broad range of financial advisory projects.  Matt’s skills in financial modeling, due diligence research, pitch development and management presentation are integral to the success of client projects and Matt is an important resource to the Exemplar team.

Prior to joining Exemplar, Matt worked at a leading mid-market investment bank where he analyzed, evaluated and contributed to sell side and M&A transactions.  Matt also monitored domestic and international capital markets including a detailed analysis of Israeli technology sector capital markets.

Before his role in investment banking, Matt worked in sales for a major New York based design company where he was responsible for increasing revenue of the firm by recruiting and retaining new clients.  He also analyzed and disseminated economic and market trends.  Matt also worked for the Massachusetts Office of Business Development where his responsibilities included supporting fifteen Industry and Regional Directors by analyzing and assessing the strengths of Massachusetts businesses.

Matt holds a Bachelor degree in Finance and International Business from McGill University in Montreal and studied Economics and Business Sciences at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain.
