Jill’s practice focuses on corporate securities, M&A and commercial transactions.  She has served as in-house securities attorney to 2 publicly traded companies and a also has law firm and private practice experience.

Jill’s securities experience includes 10-Ks, Proxy Statements, Stock Option Plans, Section 16 Reports, Rule 144 opinions, Public Offerings and Private Placements.  She has extensive experience working on a variety of M&A transactions and has hedge fund experience.

Jill received her JD/MBA from the University of Denver and holds a BA in Economics from Wheaton College.

Jill is licensed to practice law in Colorado.
