Dick’s focus is on business development and crafting solutions to complex problems. Dick brings broad and diversified experience to every engagement, drawing on his decades of expertise in management consulting, outsourcing placement, and real estate management.
As an entrepreneur, Dick has co-founded businesses and participated at the leadership level of early stage companies in the environmental field. He has also worked as a senior vice president of an international engineering firm, developed and managed the environmental management function at a major U.S. corporation, and managed the manufacturing operations for two Fortune 500 companies.
Dick has created, organized and delivered regulatory/ legal seminars in major cities across the U.S., and was the founder and first president of the service providers council within NAEM, the National Association for Environmental and Sustainability Management. He was appointed by the governor of Massachusetts to the original Hazardous Waste Advisory Council serving as its first chairman.
Dick has and has guest lectured at Boston University, Harvard University, Tufts University, Tuskegee University and the University of Massachusetts.
Dick received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from M.I.T. in Chemical Engineering, and his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School.
He is a member of the Massachusetts and Federal District Court Bars.

When he can find the time, Dick loves being with his grandchildren. Dick sings and performs with the M.I.T. Alumni Logarhythms, a barbershop group composed of M.I.T. alumni.
