As a Vice President at Exemplar Capital, Dennis manages all client engagements focused on M&A, Recapitalizations, LBO/MBO and Exemplar Merchant Banking transactions. Dennis has had extensive experience working with companies in the financial services, healthcare, infrastructure and energy & power industries.

Before joining Exemplar Capital, Dennis worked at UBS Investment Bank in Power & Infrastructure. Prior to business school, he was an Associate at Rothschild and an Analyst at JP Morgan in Mergers & Acquisitions.

Dennis earned a BS in Finance from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
