Damon comes to Exemplar with a wealth of experience from distinguished firms in New York and Boston.  At Frommer, Lawrence & Haug in Manhattan he prosecuted U.S. and foreign patent applications in the electro-mechanical arts. Representative technologies included consumer electronics, engineered fabrics and composites, door systems, and Primaloft, for example. Representative clients included for example, Sony Electronics, and Albany International Corp.

After marrying and joining his wife in Boston, Damon joined the corporate department of Brown Rudnick, continuing to focus on intellectual property, particularly patent prosecution.  Representative clients included Tyco Healthcare, and representative industries included medical devices and business methods for financial service companies.  Damon is admitted in NY, NJ, MA and the USPTO. He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering, and Law, both from Rutgers University.
