As the Head of Investment Banking for Exemplar Capital, Bagus Tjahjono focuses on providing a select group of clients with solutions to complex financial problems.  Bagus focuses in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring, Real Estate Financing and Acquisitions, and client-specific Customized Solutions.

Bagus has advised companies ranging from start-ups to mature/stable companies on transactions spanning the following areas:

Bagus has experience working with companies in the financial services, technology, healthcare, hospitality, food services and real estate industries.

Bagus earned his JD/MBA from Boston University and his BS from UC Irvine.
